About Your Culture Shows
We are a non-profit organisation which started in Skellefteå 2008. ‘Your Culture Shows’ sprung from a need for people to have their voices heard and to present their own stories or stories from their countries and culture.
This is why we have created a multi-cultural storytelling forum in Skellefteå. A meeting place where people from different countries and cultures can tell their stories- We strive to encourage integration and diversity among the people in Skellefteå
We want to create meeting places for storytelling in all forms, from different cultures and from different generations! Come and listen – and tell your story. This is a good way to learn Swedish!
